Long Span Bridge System (LSB)
Toriggo’s Long Span Bridge System is a high-strength steel truss bridge designed for single-span applications from 45 to 121.5 metres. Built for permanent infrastructure where long spans, minimal maintenance, and high durability are essential, the LSB system is a practical solution for sites with limited access, deep river crossings, or high-clearance requirements.
With a lightweight structural form optimised for strength and material efficiency, the Long Span Bridge System can be rapidly installed in challenging environments using basic construction equipment. It is especially suited for mining, industrial, and public-sector projects requiring long-term reliability under demanding conditions.
All components are hot-dip galvanised for maximum corrosion resistance and longevity, making this system suitable for coastal, tropical, or high-humidity regions. The LSB is designed to perform with minimal maintenance for over 50 years and can exceed 100 years of service life with advanced protective coatings.
